Good book and information. Just hate that there's an accompanying workbook that was not provided.
YES! It's the best I have read. After the first week, people were asking me if I had lost weight and that I looked great!
The foods are so easy to make and they're so yummy. Plus, no weird ingredients that were impossible to find!

It would be better in hardcopy because there is quite bit of information you need to review and read and fill out. Downloads were okay, but would have been better to have the actual book instead of the audio book.

I really enjoy Dr Phil, I think he is straight forward but considerate at the same time. I think his work is always based on facts, but the way he talks and presents things just makes it fun. The narrater did such a great job in catching Dr Phils excitement and personality. The only thing I did not like is that you can not rely on the audio book alone as the details of the food you eat on a daily basis or the grocery list, we're not read, so u still must purchase the book hard copy to be able to do the diet.
This is a really good book. it helped me. It breaks down everything so you can understand it and you can do it step by step.
"Not Really New"
I've been fighting my weight my entire life. This book is really just more of the same. All "New Emerging Sceince" is either unsupported enough to mean anything or, in my opinion, not really New. Waste of time. If your metobaolically chalenged you have no choice but to cut out sugar and bread and all simple starches. Period. I wish I had better news for us but, it is what it is. Unlike drugs, Food is our addiction and we must eat every day. Abstinence is the only cure, so we must discover our triggers and abstain indefinitely. Not great news for sure and not fun. I Highly rercommend Dr. John Sarno's books on "Healing back pain with the mind" to unlock the hidden power of our minds to dictate our health. Trust me on this. It changed my life.
"Nothing I didn't already know."
This book contains no new information. Perhaps it might be helpful to the novice dieter, but I found it a waste of my time.
