Being in the now might seem all abput enjoying more the little pleasures on life; but how to deal with a now, a present that seems completely unacceptable and painful?

"Tolle As You've Heard Tolle Before"
If you've read or listened to any of Eckhart Tolle's books before, you've heard this. It's about what we identify with, what we fixate on, how we need to expand our consciousness/awareness. Plus, it's about pauses in the delivery to his audience. Long, lengthy pauses. Pauses that were so drawn out, I thought the book had stopped itself. Tolle is an amiable sort, and his tone is kind and warm, but seriously: Hours could have been cut from this book.
If you're looking for guidance, looks to his other works. This one has been done before.
"very hard to listen to"
Several seconds go by between sentences. I had to keep checking to see if my device stopped working.
Can't say if the content was good as I could not stay awake.
