This audiobook lays out techniques for getting better sleep in a really easy to understand way and explains the reasons for the methods at each step. I have applied a lot of what I have learned from the book and have been sleeping so much better and feeling amazing in the day because of it! The book is also really funny and the jokes throughout add an extra layer of enjoyment to the read, recommend this to anyone and everyone!

Straight forward easy to apply techniques and enjoyable to listen to!

Really enjoyed this book, I knew sleep affected me and my health but I had no idea the extent of this. I was gripped all the way through because I could relate to all the stories and also found the tips and techniques something I could easily incorporate into my daily life.
Definitely recommend giving this a go!
