A story not a guided meditation

Would you listen to Messages from Your Animal Spirit Guide again? Why?

This was suppose to be listened to on a regular basis as it is a meditation CD. So I have twice already.

What other book might you compare Messages from Your Animal Spirit Guide to, and why?

Some of the Angel Meditation CDs because they are taking you on an inner journey, using guided imagery which when done well can be a very strong healing tool.

How could the performance have been better?

Oh yes....Well this was what was so sad for me, Steves voice is good for me, his tone etc, the story and way he had laid it out was good, but he ran through it, giving no time to get in touch with the feelings he was trying to assist you to get in touch with, it was as if he was in a rush, not comfortable with silence and space, which is the best way to give one of these meditations if you want them to be effective. I was getting so cross because I could start to feel how powerful and what a great healing opportunity I had with the content of his work but for the rest, it was wrong for me, rushing through something like this is a waste of time in my opinion.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Yes I did connect with my power animal

Any additional comments?

I did connect with the purpose of the CD but you can imagine my stress because I could not get the content because Steve was on to the next and then the next...
It would be great if he recorded it again giving the listener now time to breath and feel...

I met a spirit guide today

Loved reuniting with the spirit of my childhood cat and spending some time together. FAB.

Love this!

A short easy explanation with a lovely gentle meditation in the second part. Stephen Farmer has a lovely voice and is very easy to listen to and follow.....I loved this meditation and I would recommend it to anyone interested in this area.
