I thought there would be some interesting information that I didn't already know. But an example of the information is ... If you eat less calories you will lose weight. If you exercise more you will burn calories. If you eat less and exercise more you will lose weight faster.
I have been a member of audible for around 10 years and have bought over a hundred audio books. This is the first time that I feel that a refund would be appropriate. On that basis I may buy several more book in this genre.
Absolutely not. LISTEN TO THE SAMPLE BEFORE YOU BUY. Her voice is squeeky and ridiculous. I thought it was a joke at first. How could anybody choose her for a voice over
