I listen to the Gain Muscle Mass one over and over. It's just fantastic. It makes me want to work out as soon as I am done with Chapter 1 and 2. I don't like the part of the Exercise Motivator because it goes into other people's reaction or response to my exercising too much. It just didn't motivate me. Your Perfect Body Chapters are good. I haven't listened to Reduce Your Sweet Cravings yet. I am hopeful it will be good though. Overall, I am really glad I bought this bundle. It has helped me a lot. I work out almost every day now, when before I couldn't ever start a work out due to a tremendous feeling of dread that I felt. Not anymore. I just get up and do it. It's wonderful! I recommend the Gain Muscle Mass hypnosis to everyone.
"Actually kind of worked (!)"
I only listened to the Gain Muscle Mass portion, and it really helped me to hyper-focus on working out, writing my logs, and eating right. I did listen to the book consecutively for 21 days. The affect does not last, however and plan to re-listen.
I tried Benjamin Bonetti's Stop Smoking hypnosis, and it really spent too much time getting to relaxation. This one has the wierd NLP stuff in it, and I thought they were useful.
I have noticed a change in my habits. Candy is not a big deal for me. I don't get those urges like I use to, so that is big for me. Well worth the time.
"Average at best"
I really wanted this to have more of an impact on my mind and the motivation needed to improve my health. Not bad, but I really don't believe I received the benefit that was intended.
