Poor to average at best
Quite disappointed I spent money on this - not very good at all. There are far better hypnosis recordings and approaches than this. In a 33 minute recording the first 15 minutes are just pre-amble which is IMMENSELY boring after hearing it more than once and the actual hypnotic session is thus much shorter with suggestions that are banal to say the least. I don't often write negative reviews but in all honesty, your money is better spent elsewhere.
