For example, a mother may sleep soundly through thunderstorms and barking dogs, yet the sounds of her baby stirring in the next room will often awaken her instantly. Why not use this time (while you are asleep) to realize your potential?
In addition to therapeutic hypnotic techniques and meditative affirmations, this program is further enhanced by the use of brainwave entrainment such as solfeggio tones, isochronic tones, bilateral stimulation, and white noise. Listening at a very low volume is ideal and won't diminish your results.

I was skeptical but am now fully convinced! No cravings no desire for carbs and candy. I literally don't remember when I fall asleep which is crazy for me as I've battled insomnia since childhood! I literally feel rested upon waking! Feeling energetic and refreshed!
"Too much noise!"
I tried to sleep to this. I played the whole thing and it gave me a headache. The noise is too much. If it were soft whispers and ocean waves I might be able to sleep, but the clangs and tones are just too much. I can't hear the narrator over the sounds. I'm not at all satisfied with this selection.
loved it..listen to it nightly. will continue listening. I wake up energized and cravings have minimized.
