seriously, the best book on cardio, diet, loosing weight, and not muscle, I've ever read. it has clear, science-backed, advise and rules to accomplishing all of the above mentioned things. plus it has some great ideas for cardio that aren't your traditional cardio. and if that isn't enough for you there is some awesome bonus material.

This book is short but very informational.
This book is awesome! I love the detailed info of why and how to do the cardio to get the ultimate effects that I'm searching for. Easy to read without any BS. Also great is how quickly feedback comes back to you through Instagram or Facebook or email. Mike and his team are fantastic!
I'm a 30 year old woman & have already been doing some of Michael Matthews advice. I tried some things in this book new to me, so far it all works. I love the no nonsense, no drug, science backed, natural facts, food, & workout advice. It works. Michael Matthews is telling the truth. Im currently 24% body fat on my way below 20%.
I have read 3 of Michael Matthews books and find thrm to be inspiring and informative.

this was no different than eveyother book I read on health, and took too long to get to the point, was boring!
