Summary
Building on the astonishing success of The Power of Now, Eckhart Tolle presents listeners with an honest look at the current state of humanity: He implores us to see and accept that this state, which is based on an erroneous identification with the egoic mind, is one of dangerous insanity.
Tolle tells us there is good news, however. There is an alternative to this potentially dire situation. Humanity now, perhaps more than in any previous time, has an opportunity to create a new, saner, more loving world. This will involve a radical inner leap from the current egoic consciousness to an entirely new one.
In illuminating the nature of this shift in consciousness, Tolle describes in detail how our current ego-based state of consciousness operates. Then gently, and in very practical terms, he leads us into this new consciousness. We will come to experience who we truly are, which is something infinitely greater than anything we currently think we are, and learn to live and breathe freely.

Life Changing
Written and narrated beautifully, as I listened I began to notice aspects of my life I've never noticed before, I began to awake throughout, using the examples and guidance from Eckhart to truly become myself. This is a must listen/read.

Brilliant book and concept
Loved the simplicity of this book and Eckhart's way of explaining the whole concept on awakening and being present in the now. thank you for a great audio book. will definitely listen to it again!

Life changer!
I've read a lot of personal development books over the years but for me this has totally changed my outlook on life. My life is calmer, and I'm more grounded and connected to myself and those around me. I've given away 3 copies this Xmas to those close to me. Thank you Mr Tolle, a true master at work! X

great audio book, eckhart tolle has changed my life. it takes time and willingness to become mindful but it is all worth it.

Start with 'The Power Of Now'
Would you consider the audio edition of A New Earth to be better than the print version?
Great book! Hasn't got quite the same influence as 'The Power of Now', however. Would recommend listening to 'The Power of Now' a few times throughout a year before starting with this one

Knowledge
I read the power of now over a decade ago and didn’t really internalise it. The audio version of this with Eckhart’s soothing voice has got me this time. So calming and eloquent and whilst the concept described is repetitive, his analogies are not and hit the spot every time. I did not want the book to end and will listen again many times. Thank you Eckhart
