Life changing
I’ve just finished this book and not only has it been a great read with so many insightful questions to make me think about my life, and practical exercises to help me change it and be the best version of me… the ending had me in tears of joy because I can relate so much! I absolutely love how Vex wrote an Afterword dedication to his wife, Kaushal - I feel like it relates to me and my partner and now I know that whatever life throws at us, we’ll be ok. I’ve been healing whilst reading this book and I’m realising more and more just how things can change when you work on your mindset, without changing your external circumstances. Thankyou, Vex King, for writing this and challenging me 😊❤️

Inspirational Blessing
I cried throughout this book. The soft spoken voice and words gently washing over my inner hurts and wrongful thinking and has encouraged me to pursue this healing journey that has only just begun. Can't wait to listen to it again.
