Brilliant, Simple, & Actionable!

In this brilliantly produced audiobook, the narrator gives a TON of value concerning gut health. My favorite parts were (of course) the 4 week reset plan, as well as the plentiful examples of useful herbs and prebiotic foods.

Too much emphasis today is placed on eating less calories or burning more calories in the weight loss/fitness niche, and not enough attention is given to "what" we are feeding our bodies. This book cuts through all the myths and vagueness with hard hitting science - Highly Recommend!

Goodbye brain fog!

I've been feeling sluggish and anxious for a while, and no matter how many diets or supplements I tried, nothing seemed to work. I was watching some youtube videos on the link between gut health and brain fog and then decided to give this book a go after that. This book though opened my eyes to how truly interconnected our mind, body, and gut really are. Highly recommend for anyone looking to reset their gut health or overcome brain fog

Highly Informative!

Being someone who is health-conscious in terms of exercise and nutrition, I really enjoyed this book. I have always known about gut health and its importance, but I never really knew how it all works. Kara does an excellent job of informing you, covering everything you need to know and then some. The level of detail and explanation in this book is very impressive. I particularly enjoyed the sections on lifestyle factors that affect your gut health and the conditions that cause an unhealthy gut, such as IBS.

My favourite parts were the chapters on eating for a healthy gut and natural remedies to cure it. I got tremendous value from this as there was so much I didn’t know about this subject, and I will most certainly be applying the knowledge in my daily life. Great book, and the only one you need to learn how to achieve optimal gut health and feel great.
