Summary
Actor, singer...necromancer?
All the world's a stage...even when you're teleported to a new world.
Struggling actress Cara O'Sullivan was walking down the street of Galway one moment, and the next, she was in an ancient tomb in a faraway world. Alone in the dark with her cell phone as her last tenuous connection to home, Cara sings her favorite song. To her astonishment, her song casts a spell of light into the world...and from the depths, something hears her. Challenged by a ghostly knight, a tragic necromancer, and hordes of undead, can a young woman who does not believe in heroes become one herself?

A tale of wonder, a tale of people
pirateaba and Andrea Parsneau come together in wonderful harmony, as usual, to deliver a story which builds and fills a world with people, their lives, and special moments major and minor. The pace carries you along just right without boredom or exhaustion. I can't wait for a sequel and am so glad to see this piece of the Innverse

Love it
I wasn’t sure if this would be set in the same world as The Wandering Inn but it very much is and is quite the story brought from another character. I’m guessing it’ll all tie in together one day soon

Another great book by Pirateaba
This is a great book not only for fans of The Wandering Inn series but for people who haven’t read/listened to Pirateaba’s other works. It is part of The Wandering Inn universe but its own separate story. I’d recommend to both existing fans and people new to Pirateaba. A compelling story and well thought out characters, narrated and performed by the great Andrea Parsneau. The ending had me craving for more!

Fantastic Wandering Inn Spin Off
Loved the overall story though the main character has some annoying traits. This was a great introduction to this part of the world and looking forward to the next book. Andrea was awesome as ever and did a great job with the songs

mistaken purchase
I don't use the Internet that much and didn't realise that gravesong was a spin off. I thought it was book 12 of the wandering inn. I was not disappointed like with the wandering inn I was fixed from the first chapter. I won't print any spoilers in this review. All I will say is sit back and let pirateaba take you on a journey with cara that will steal 19hr hours of your life that you'd gladly give up over n over 🎶 ✨️

just as good as the wandering inn
I love the mc more than the erin in the first few books. She's a total badass!
I hope we see her again in the wandering inn series
