Alles fing mit einem einsamen, verregneten Urlaub in Thailand an. Anstatt am Traumstrand in der Sonne zu liegen, saß Bjarne Mädel bei strömendem Regen in einem indischen Lokal und dachte: "Is ja kindisch, ich sitz in Thailand und ess indisch!". Die Absurdität seiner Lage in einem kurzen Reim verdichtet, lockerte seine Stimmung dermaßen, dass er das Reimen fortanr öfter probte. Rückschläge auf dem Weg zum Dichterstar musste er nur in Amerika einstecken. Da strich ihm sein Dozent jedes einzelne Wort eines gerade entstandenen Meisterwerks an. Doch das ist natürlich lange her. Seine Gedichte sind mitten aus dem Leben gegriffen. Es geht schlichtweg um alles, was zählt: um Anarchie und den Morgen danach, um Thai-Massagen und die liebe Bandscheibe, um Stars im Urlaub und Zwiegespräche mit der eigenen Lunge .Brüllend komisch und doppelbödig - denn hinter jedem guten Witz steckt bekanntlich eine Katastrophe...
