Summary

Acclaimed author Lori Wick has penned more than two dozen books, which regularly top Christian best-seller lists. More than three and a half million copies of her books are in print. In The Visitor, Alexander Tate temporarily loses his eyesight when thrown from his horse. Cared for by the charming Steele sisters, he grows especially fond of Cassandra, who reads to him each day. But Cassandra fears that Alexander will not love her when he regains his sight. Only by trusting God’s plan can the pair find happiness.

Good Christian focus throughout

I love the books Lori Wick writes. They are unashamedly and consistently focused on Chrisrian values, struggles and triumphs. For this reason,I hesitate to write anything critical. I do agree with some other critics th⁵ough, that Lori needs too further research the countries and periods about which she wries.

Love the clean read.....

Lori Wick always brings the best out in me whatever she writes, wholesome and logical, makes you think about life in general and how you live your life, purposes and dreams...... So worth reading.

Confused first, but enjoyed

After listening to the first books in the series I started this one without checking any of the title details. I was so confused as the book starts with Elisabeth and Tate but suddenly Elizabeth's sister Cassandra is in the picture and clearly one of the main characters. Nevertheless... the book is, as always, very enjoyable, narrator interesting to listen to and story evolving and thought provoking. I always end up falling in love with the characters in Lori Wicks books, as if I knew them myself.
