New York Times best-selling series! Demon slaying powers should come with an instruction book...Seriously. Why does a new hair dryer have a twelve-page how-to manual, but when it comes to ancient demon-fighting hocus-pocus, my biker witch granny gives me just half a dozen switch stars and a rah-rah speech? Oh, and a talking terrier, but that's another story. It's not like my job as a preschool teacher prepared me for this kind of thing. So I've decided to write my own manual: The Dangerous Book for Demon Slayers, because no one tells me anything. Dimitri, my "protector," may be one stud of a shape-shifting griffin, but he always thinks he can handle everything by himself. Only he's no match for the soul-stealing succubi taking over Las Vegas. If I can't figure out how to save him - and Sin City - there'll be hell to pay.

I liked the story for the most, although the defeatist attitude Lizzy had towards the end was a tad irritating.
On the whole though, the new characters were interesting and made for amusing moments.
The narrator was great and kept the tension and flow at just the right pace.
"Love this series"
It was not better than the print version- just different.
She brings Lizzie to life. I had read the print book first and going through the story again with someone acting out the characters was amazing. Tavia really makes you believe that she is Lizzie and that it's all real.
No. I could only devote an hour or two at a time.
I love Angie Fox's books and to now have the option to get them on Audible is great. It's fun to have the story brought to life. There's nothing like laughing out loud in your car while listening to it and having everyone around you wonder what you are listening to. This series with Lizzie, Grandma, Dimitri, and Pirate is fantastic. I have been a fan for years. This is Book 2 and it takes newly minted demon slayer Lizzie to Vegas to battle some succubi, save her love Dimitri, pass her slayer test, and hopefully not get killed in the process. It is a fun read from beginning to end.
it made me feel like I was a part of the story.I could picture everything like I was in a movie.
when lizzie started to come with the grips of everything she needed to do to be a deamon slayer.
Loved it all .I love it when grandma puts Lizzie in her place.
This is a fun book.
I laughed so hard I've woke up my kids at night.
"Slayer and dog"
this is the second book I have lestened to by the same auther. It held my attention throught.
"great storyline love it can't wait to read more of"
your books. I had a hard time putting it down love the dog very funny.
"maintained my attention 100 Percent."
The story was enjoyable and not predictable to any conclusions. When a hot scene came up the nariator delivered beyond expectations ! Nicely paced story and hard to put down.
This story is OK. I read the first book and was about to stop after the first few chapters. The narrators voice and Constance whining of the lead character got on my nerves. I continued on and was pleasantly surprised with the storyline .
"I'm really loving this series"
Angie Fox has crafted a wonderful series. It is an original storyline, and I glad I finally discovered it. Tavia Gilbert does a wonderful job of not just differentiating between characters but bringing them to life. If you are interested in supernatural cozy mysteries, then I highly recommend this series.
"A delight to listen to and read"
I received an early copy to provide an honest review.
I would totally and have totally recommended Angie's books to friends. I enjoy them and The Dangerous Book for Demon Slayers was a fun combination of story and notes if you were ever to become a demon slayer. I listened to this while jogging, stuck in a traffic during a rain storm and while wrapping gifts and it improved the experience every time.
I can't say that I have a favorite....Lizzie is great....Grandma rocks...and who doesn't love Pirate.
No I haven't
When Lizzie realizes she doesn't need to do everything.
"Sexy, Sassy Paranormal Fun"
The story is very well written and the narrator does a fantastic job of portraying all of the characters.
It's hard to choose just one moment. One of my favorite things about this series is always the first chapter or two. Angie Fox really packs a punch at the beginning of the book that makes you want to keep reading.
Lizzie! Tavia really brings her to life. She has the voice spot-on to what I believe Lizzie would sound like.
The Dangerous Book for Demon Slayers - Because Demon Slaying is Not for the Weak Hearted
"love this series"
I love this series and now I can listen to the first 2 books. Tavia does a great job getting the story out there.
