In Maid for the Billionaire Dominic Corisi knew instantly that Abigail Dartley was just the distraction he was looking for, especially since having her took a bit more persuading than he was used to. So when business forces him to fly to China, he decides to take her with him, but on his terms. No promises. No complications. Just sex.
Abby has always been the responsible one. She doesn't believe in taking risks; especially when it comes to men - until she meets Dominic. He's infuriating and intoxicating, a heady combination.
Their trip to China revives a long forgotten side of Abby, but also reveals a threat to bring down Dominic's company. With no time to explain her actions, Abby must either influence the outcome of his latest venture and save his company or accept her role as his mistress and leave his fate to chance. Does she love him enough to risk losing him for good?

I lost the will to live on more than one occasion
Realise was to be predictable, but a little scope for imagination would have been unappreciated.
Romantic, funny, happy, sad, a myriad of emotions all rolled into one audiobook, well, that is what you get when you’re in love – right?
When a case of mistaken identity throws two strong minded people together it’s a recipe for what? The love story of the century! Abby is strong minded and sexual but not one to be walked over. Dominic is extremely rich, very powerful and used to getting is own way, either by charm or utilising his immense wealth. Infatuated, Dominic has certainly met a challenge in the sensible Abby, but in spite of herself – she’s smitten with him too, and when she gets the opportunity to travel with him on a business trip to China she takes it – but on his terms.
This book starts off as a romance, however, soon it is steaming headlong at a great pace, very hot and sexy, but don’t be fooled people, the romantic/sexy scenes are the backdrop to a really good story.
Kim Bubbs, the narrator, has a wonderful voice which is very easy to listen to and makes the characters sound great.
This is a joint review by myself and my husband who listened in too and we loved it! My husband says ‘Shades of Grey’ I say ‘Maid in Manhattan,’ either way it was a definite hit. However, you’ll have to listen to it yourself to decide.
I have read Mills & Boon since I was 18 and now in My 50s I'm breaching out with the help of Audible. Audio books are a blessing I'm blind
I love this series of books and am extremely pleased it is being made into audio format.
Marie is my favourite she is so strong and just keeps everything running smoothly
I really liked Kim's pirtrail go Abby
At the end when everyone met up on the island
Can't wait for books two through to five
"Love It In Audio!"
I loved how the main character, Abby, was able to create a change in Dominic that he did not know he had in him! I love how she captures his heart!
Abby was my favorite character. She was strong and yet still wanted to be taken care of.
When Dominic whisks Abby away to China!
Would you go to the other side of the globe to save the one you love?
I completely enjoyed the narrator and this book. It is the first time I purchase an audio and plan on buying more! Great experience!
"wonderful wonderful wonderful"
a must listen
Abbey because she didn't take Dom's crap and wasn't afraid of him
yes but I can only listen while in the car
"Who would't want to be Dom. I just Love Abbie!"
As a Guy I could totally picture my self as Dom. The writing was good and the reader delivered it in a very believable fashion
The Voice Over artist Kim, did an amazing job.
This Is an audiobook that I would gladly recomend.
"Hot story if you are a 20 year old virgin."
Waste of a credit. Unbelievable plot with a couple of poor sex scenes thrown in to make it "hot". Bad writing, so-so narration. I might have thought this was a sexy story when I was young. As an adult, it was boring, at best.
"Why all the rave reviews?"
This was ok... just ok... nothing to rave about.. a basic billionaire guy and non-billionaire girl hook up... I actually got bored halfway through and skipped to the end.
Narration was ok..
Maybe a credit if nothing else is available...
"Love it! :O)"
No not really.. I like them both the same.... They both still make me use my imagination... With the print version is what I read that makes me imaging and with the audio edition it's what I hear that makes me imagine... They are both great...
The Billionaire wins the game by Melody Ann... They both have good women that fall for men that have jerk tendencies. Who think that they can get whatever they want because they have a lot of money... And who fall hard for these women and once they fall that's it.. they are caught hook line and sinker forever...
She brings a life to the characters that you don't get from reading... you only have your imagination then no voice for any of the characters... Although she can't really bring a voice to the males that fit since she's a female. But at least the females get a voice... lol... :O)
When Dominic sent a Nanny over to help Abby's sister out while they spent the day together.
This is a great book that I enjoyed.... The audible version is great because I can still do what I need or want to do and still enjoy a good book... :O)
"Story is SO unhealthy. The narrator is excellent."
People who like other bad examples about relationships that are unbalanced, unhealthy, and toxic. Like "50 Shades of Gray".
Not if she wrote a romance. Her characters and their stories were actually REALLY interesting... until they were put in a room together and it was all raging hormones, mind games, ego, and manipulation.
I had not, but she is an excellent narrator I will look up to see what other books she has read. She was LOVELY to listen to.
All the sex. All of it.This story would have been amazing had it actually had a plot. The characters had interesting stories that meant nothing.
This should not be any man or woman's fantasy. This is not healthy or sexy. This kind of behavior should send you screaming as you run in the opposite direction.
Not that remarkable of a story, nice as a easy listen but the plot is not very deep.
The story is short and sweet but the pace is a bit difficult to catch.
Worth the credit?: not that im crying over the $10 but i wished i used it on something else
Would I re-listen?: Probably not
Would I continue with this series?: Might purchase it and give it a try, the plot have been paving to an obvious direction and i wouldn't mind giving it a try.
The story sounds like a play on fifty shades with out the submission. The narrator make voices are just ok.
"Read something else"
Boring. Extremely predictable. No originality. Not worth the short time to read it. Would not recommend to anyone to read. Wish I could get my money back for the audio.
