I fell in love with Liam only to be left shattered into a million pieces. Again. The idea of being without him cripples me but the reality is, he's gone.
He doesn't understand, and I can't make him.
If only he'd see the conviction behind my words - then Liam would still be here.

I loved this book. The story is brilliant. The narrators bring the characters to life. It's happy and sad and funny in places too. One of the best I've read.
Good story. Lotsa twists and turns. A little too angsty though. Liked the final resolution.
I would...it was great!
When she tells Lia about the baby.
They were great...both of them!
I loved the way this wrapped up, this was a roller coaster of a ride story, both book 1 and 2...but I loved them...and I am so happy for Natalie...she was strong, and stuck to her heart, even though it was very hard....she knew what she deserved and took it!! I recommend both books!!!
WELL WORTH YOUR TIME AND A CREDIT!!!!
"Part 2 just as good as Part 1"
Wow! The decisions and feelings of this characters came through in the narration. It made me cry, feel frustration, confusion, and excitement. Great short series, but i believe the narrators made the book better than just reading it myself.
"Audible was great."
This is my favorite series... So I was very anxious to get the audible version.. Listened to both of them, and Andi and Sebastian did a great job. I laughed a lot listening to them, being that I already knew the stories by heart.. So you have the formidable version of them in your mind... So hearing them tell the story that I love was so wonderful.
The best audible series for me to date!! Dreamboat will forever be my BBF and Natalie is one of the strongest heroines for me to date. Great job, wonderful story.
"WHAT A LISTEN & WHAT A STORY.... IT WAS SO INTENSE"
Natalie's in shock but she's strong and is determined not to let Liam go but it's Liam that's trying to give her space to work out her feelings because he doesn't just want to be the consolation prize. Then he gets his orders through.... 6 months deployment during which time he desperately hopes Natalie will choose him - but Natalie isn't going to let him walk away from what they've got that easy and she hopes to break Liam's resolve and resume their sexual combustion (and express her love too) with a bit of daring feminine 'bait'.
However, Aaron is constantly on the scene begging, scheming and trying to rekindle their marriage and he is also slowly getting to know, and learning to be a Father to, their daughter. Liam and Natalie have stolen times together in between training for his mission and other obstacles. However, eventually there is a tear filled goodbye, some Skype sex and fleeting communications but problems his end lead him to some frightening situations when nobody can reach him because his team's gone 'dark'. Which is a nerve-wracking time because tragic news, which'll devastate him, means he is urgently needed back home. And the heartbreaking scenes that follow are sad, raw and touching but amongst the heartbreak there are some wonderful celebrations too.
I was gripped as each scene unfolded and they all packed a punch of some kind. What a gifted Author and the narration was excellent too. Told mainly from Natalie's POV but there are a few chapters from Liam's POV too.
Worth a credit? What a journey this has been - words like.... tragic, heart-warming, beautiful, heartbreaking and emotional all spring to mind - as does gritty, wonderful, sexy, very very romantic, touching and a mesmerizing passion-fuelled book. An awesome listen that was far more than just creditworthy..... it's Oscar worthy!!
"Absolutely one of the best"
This was an excellent read!!! Made me cry laugh and gave me more respect and gratitude for our military and the families they leave behind
Loved everything about this duet...from the storyline to the narrators! Perfect mix of tears, angst, romance and steam!
"Fighting for love!"
Of course I loved it. One of my favorites and much more enjoyable having it read to you.
"Dreamboat. Dreamboat. Dreamboat."
Liam. Liam makes everything better. SebYo is amazing and was perfectly cast. He really brought the story to life.
Let's be honest, this is my favorite male lead of Corinne's. There is just something about him standing by Natalie while giving her space to figure out what she needs to do after that whopper of an ending in Consolation. He's perfect. I'm not sure there could be a better character or person.
As I listened to Consolation and Conviction back-to-back, I'm not sure which scenes happened in which book, but I do know that if Liam was on scene, I enjoyed it.
"Such an amazing story that you never saw coming."
From the moment I started the series I have been addicted. A well written beautiful tale. I've just finished and I can't wait to read it again and again.
