Fabulous Book🎧 ❤️Love the Alexander Ranch Series!❤️

A great addition to the fabulous Alexander Ranch series. Marla Josephs is a skillful and talented writer & storyteller. She is imaginative in the story & characters she creates. “Faceless Fear” is the 5th book of the Alexander Ranch series. The book grabs your attention from the beginning and holds it to the very end. The Alexander Security is faced with another case, so you go along the ride with them as they investigate and work to to solve it. Great seeing Daisy go front and center in this story. There is also lots of “Lela & Jordan” drama, some hot moments too. Marla Josephs delivers a great mixed bag of Romance, Mystery, Suspense, Crime Drama, all with a touch of Paranormal. I really hope she continues on with this series, I need more “Lela & Jordan”, heck I need to hear more about each member of the Alexander Team. Thank you Marla Joseph for another great read!

I listened to the Audio version, the talented DC Cole does a fabulous job narrating the story. He performs the voices of all the different characters, switches voices with ease & keeps the story in a perfect flow. He adds a dramatic touch in the right moment, brings the story & characters to life from the pages to your ears. Thank you for another great listen!!

Faceless Fear

Another great addition to the Alexander Ranch Series. I love this group of people and love seeing how their love for each other grows with every book. This was a great case that needed to be solved along with some drama that kept me on my toes all the way until the end. It may be time for a relisten to the whole series.

Twists, turns and romance!

Alexander Ranch is one of my favorite series, and this addition is by far my favorite. Each story builds on the other, but can easily be read as a standalone. The Alexander Security team has a mission that takes them to New Orleans. They have to provide security for the daughter of a high profile lawyer and time is of the essence. Marla Josephs has written this series with such well developed characters, each novel is like coming home to my best friends.. This particular story fascinated me because it really focused around Lela. With all of the Alexanders and their employees having super human powers, Lela has to work harder, being a "normal". Her gift is invaluable to the agency, but her heart is what Jordan wants. But will he win it? Training with Shane and his obvious feelings for her causes some dissension and it's hard for Jordan to come to terms with Shane's attraction to Lela. Will their love hold true? And with Lela in imminent danger, will either man win her? Josephs weaves a thrilling story of suspense, a little paranormal feel and romance, keeping you on the edge of your seat. Add in Lela's brother Blake, who is absolutely lovable, and his new relationship with Daisy, one of the Alexanders and you will be entertained for the entire listen.

With a story like this, a narrator with the talent of DC Cole is imperative. He brings each character to life, keeps the voices consistent from book to book and adds a little New Orleans flavor to the mix. His ability to bring a story to life is evident in this narration and kept me hooked!

Incredible!!!!

I love the Alexander Ranch series and Faceless Fear is my favorite to date! Marla Josephs has woven an incredible tapestry of characters that come to life with the narration by DC Cole. I so enjoy it when a story is original and has romance, suspense, some humor, vivid imagery and endearing characters. Listening to this book I didn't know what way it was going with all of the awesome twists. I love it when an author is not predictable in the storyline, and lets the characters dictate what direction it is headed. I thought the potential love triangle of Lela, Shane and Jordan was awesome. How it was resolved was so great. Another blossoming romance is Lela's brother Blake and Daisy. I so hope they get their story told next. The setting of New Orleans for this book was wonderful. I really loved how I could envision so much just by listening. DC Cole did an outstanding performance with the multiple characters in this book. I loved his accents that he added to some of them. I can't wait for the next book in this series. This is a standalone listen and a continuation of a series.
