Please note: This audiobook contains graphic adult content.
Romantic, liberating and totally addictive, the Fifty Shades trilogy will obsess you, possess you and stay with you forever....
Daunted by the dark secrets of the tormented young entrepreneur Christian Grey, Ana Steele has broken off their relationship to start a new career with a US publishing house. But desire for Grey still dominates her every waking thought, and when he proposes a new arrangement, she cannot resist.
Soon she is learning more about the harrowing past of her damaged, driven and demanding Fifty Shades than she ever thought possible.
But while Grey wrestles with his inner demons, Ana must make the most important decision of her life. And it's a decision she can only make on her own....

Shame it's come to an end
I normally listen to an audiobook when walking home after work. Any other book would be stopped as I was approaching my front door and not listened too until the next working day. This book however quite often was not stopped as it was really quite addictive. I would even find excuses as to why i needed to listen to some more. Yes it's girly, caused a Worldwide phenomen and not necessarily had great reviews but it is a lot of fun of which I (and especially my fiancé) would recommend ;o)

Not as good as reading it
I didn't enjoy this as much as reading the actual book, the emails which are one of the best bit come across odd in the audio. You also become a lot more aware of how ridiculous parts of the story are, particularly the inner goddess bits. It's enjoyable enough to while away commute times, but I enjoyed reading it myself much more.

.
Well written insight into addiction and it's power to corrupt and destroy. Watching these characters evolve, the how and why truly fascinating. So much more beneath the surface and it's salacious exploits.

shades of good
I did enjoy the narrator she made the book come alive for me. I think the book is badly written but who am I to say it as I would not be able to write one. It was just the constant repeating of discretionary words. The story was ok, I enjoyed the e-mailing. I think that was what made me listen till I was hooked into the story. The sex The games etc... it was ok but not as full on as I was lead to believe. All in all, it passed the time while I was in hospital and it made for some good conversations and comment I was not expecting. I think there is a little Fifty in all of us...."she flushed" hahahaha
