El Diablo’s Dove Cries! Great Audible Listen🎧.

Wow, Christos and Jesse’s dark, twisted story continues. The first book in this series, Enslaved, ends with Jesse escaping after Christos betrayal. With help from friends she gets away and hangs low and starts to build her life back up. Christos is determined to get his dove back, he is on a rampage searching everywhere for her. When he finally her, he abducts her and takes her to his mother’s estate in England. The area is secluded and guarded so she will never get away from him again. Jax Hart takes you on an emotional roller coaster ride. At first Jesse wants nothing to do with Christos but after a near death incident Jesse realize what she really wants and that is Christos. But Christos sees otherwise, he thinks she just developed Stockholm Syndrome and just thinks she wants him. Has Christos grown a conscience or is this just part of his master plan. Will setting his little bird free have her flying back? This is one intense story, it is dark and emotional with some hot kink. The ending just tore at my heart I hope Christos knows what he is doing. I can’t wait to find out in Jax Hart’s next book “Entwined” the conclusion to “The Devil and His Dove” Thanks for another great story!

I listened to the Audible edition, Rodney Falcon is a wonderful narrator and voice performer. He brings the characters to life, gives each their own voice and personality. He projects the emotions and attitude of his characters in his performance and adds the perfect amount of dramatic flair to enhance the story even more. Thank you for another great listen🎧.

Enraptured

Picks up right where Enslaved leaves off. The author does an amazing job of capturing Christos as totally dark and twisted and simultaneously hot and dreamy.

The narrator does an excellent job in this performance just as he did in Enslaved. His voice is perfect for Christos. I do wish there was a little more voice differentiation between Jessie and Christos point of view. Otherwise, excellent.

Excellent

I can’t wait for the next book. Jax has written this storyline so well, I’m absolutely captivated by it. Rodney really does a fantastic job bringing these characters to life.

Hot hot listen

Book 2 in the series. It picks up where book 1 left off. It’s not a hot listen full of $exual tension , mystery , and a fight between your inner self . There is betrayal also. This story will grab your ears , you will not want to put it down it will grab you till the end .
Hero is a Christos (a billionaire) and Jessie .. Jessie had a hot friendship with Christos . Christi’s now wholes life is about finding Jessie, you see Jessie made a promise to Christos and Jessie took off . That is why Christos feels betrayed. Christos wants Jessie with him all the time , Christos considers Jessie his . Jessie feels torn by what she did but she had to .
Grab it and see does Christos find Jessie or did she go back on her own .

Rodney’s performance was right on . His voice is strong ,very smooth like whisky , and clear

Roll coaster ride

Enraptured book two in the Devil and his Dove series is definitely a dark twisted romance. Christo certainly lives up to his nickname El Diablo, his obsession with Jessie is definitely off the charts insane . He seeks her out, kidnap her, then he puts Jessie on a roll coaster ride while trying to convince her to except him. When she does he says she has Stockholm syndrome. I’m speechless want to scream what the f*ck is wrong with you.
All I can say is Rodney Falcon I hope you are working on Entwined because I have to know soon!!! Thanks Rodney for gifting me this audible book for a fair and honest review.

Book 2 is as fantastic as book 1!

This series has kept me in its grips from the beginning. In Book 2, Christos starts questioning what he has been doing with and to Jessie, while Jessie grapples with further captivity and wishing for freedom, but falling in love despite her brain telling her not to do this. This series does an excellent job depicting the growth and changes of both characters as they fight, fall in love, push and pull each other to new depths and new heights. It’s about madness and wholeness, obsession and inexplicable attraction. So, so very good!

In the second book of this series you will see so much turmoil and pain. Without spoiling anything I will just have to say that it is a perfect continuation to the first book and can’t wait for the third and final book!
Narration was amazing! Rodney Falcon does a fantastic job with this book!

Wow

Insanely good, the heat, the suspense and betrayal is so captivating that I can’t wait for more. I didn’t want the book to end but I needed the end.

I can’t wait to dive into the next book if only for Rodney Falcon’s voice again

We pick up were Jessie & Christos story leaves off. Again you i was brought on a rollercoaster of a ride with them both. OMG there a twist of cliff hanger, Narrated by the awesome Rodney Falcon again brings Christos and Jessie to life in this audible. Must listen

Quite a Good story

I have enjoyed listening to Jecy and Christos story. though the ending was anticlimactic for me, the story is good.
