This book is on a very general level. If you have previous experience with EQ/Psychology/Manipulation it might feel like a lot of obvious things wrappwd in new packaging.

This is one awesome book.
This is one awesome book. I just wished that this was available back in 1988 before I got married to the wrong person and meeting others that practice this dark form of psychology.

Disappointing
Perhaps I had misguided expectations, but the first part seemed more like a self betterment book than a phychological analysis. I did not like the "pep talk" style it had on certain occasions. The second part was clearly superior, but was very small with very few information.
I found the performance monotonous on certain parts and laughable on others (e.g. When dramatising a dialog between two females, the narrator altered his voice to sound more female)
