50 years since I first read it…. So much more from it this time
The narrator’s style is perfect… I saw my own dog with a new eye! This should be recommended reading for teenagers…. So much to learn from it

A classic that lives upto its name!
I've read this book over 30 times in my 49 years on the planet, it's always been a favourite from when I first read it at 7. The audio book does the job proud. Fantastic narration and a great listen

True Classic
Unforgettable tale of the half wolf. Gripping story telling, really emotional story. There is a analogy to humanity as well, conditions shape us, many ways.

A Captivating Story
Took a little while to get into it but glad I persevered . Quite horrific at times as the brutal reality of the lives of wolves in the wild was portrayed with accuracy. The only negative was that the ending was rather sudden.
