"I wish I could've read this at 20 years old."
Really great book!I think John Maxwell's greatest gift is adding depth and understanding to commonsense. He states what should be obvious, but he does so in such a way that your understanding is broadened and deepened many times over.
love almost all of john Maxwell work. always enjoy listening to him heard him many times and learn tons. also referred the book to college coaches
"Very well written"
I really enjoyed this book. John Maxwell carefully disassembles the meaning of talent and through that process reveals great insight as to why it's just not enough. This book will strengthen your understanding of what talent is and what it isn't. It will also help you discover weak areas that you can become aware of, while helping you embrace your strengths.
"John Maxwell hit a home run"
This is a very insightful book. It gives you the right perspective and defines talent to its core
"awesome articulation of point of discourse"

"An excellent book for building yourself"
This book really drives home the point that as the title says, talent is never enough. John Maxwell provides examples from a number of industries and walks of life, in various time periods, and different countries, and shows that talent Plus hard work is really what it takes.
