Summary

A father and his son, a country apart. Time swirls and strange is a new normal.

Believe it all. Trust none of it.

Buck is driving for his life. Garth, too. Nowhere is safe as the dangers mount. Must get moving.

Unless staying is better. Does anyone know the best choice? Make it up as you go because no one has gone through this before.

The world becomes more and more hostile, but Buck and Garth aren't going to take it lying down.

An interesting take on an apocalyptic type story

Interesting take on an apocalyptic story. Doing the right thing with grit and determination. Well worth a listen. Great continuation from the first book.

Really enjoyed it

Buck is still trying to get back to Garth in NY but keeps stumbling across obstacles. It turns out there are time anomalies and communications with Garth isn't reliable.

Buck meets Connie, who is from a few years in the past, Garth, after fleeing NY in a stolen taxi meets a pioneer girl, Faith finds out that the experiment at SNAKE which caused the blue light was done in conjunction with CERN, Desi comes across extinct animals in Australia.

The story is well written and flows well, and the narration is spot on.
