Eye Opening

An inspiring listen. So simple yet so effective. Definitely worth exploring. My wife has a chronic illness and since listening to the book and practicing her breathing the results have been miraculous. My golf is going from strength to strength also. Thank you Jayne.

Message was pure gold

Overall I thought the message in the book was pure gold. I’ve started using it on the golf range and noticed better control. I plan to work with it, in future, more than the technique books. I thought it could have been a bit shorter, but very pleased to have read it.

Great advice - a lot of repetition

This audiobook definitely has value and I would recommend it. However, I only gave it 4 stars, as it could probably been half the length.

Great book

This isn't just another golf book that you quickly forget about after you read it. I can see improvements in my game and life practicing meditation and focusing on my breathing as much as possible. I will continue to do this from now on. Get the book and see the results for yourself. But remember what you put in is what you get out.

Confused

The information in this book might be brilliant. Unfortunately I'll never find out as all I'm thinking about while listening is the horrible lip noise the author's mouth makes every time she opens her mouth to start a sentence.
