Great Affirmation Book

If you are a fan of affirmation books, then this is a must-have. If you are a boxer and have never tried an affirmation book I think that you have to start now with this book. When you are in the ring with an opponent, so much of what you do is mental and positive affirmations help mold your proper mindset. The goal of these affirmations is to keep you calm and collected and focused in the ring. Besides just the affirmations that are great to listen to on my way to the gym and back. There are also lots of techniques for improving your speed, your footwork, your stability, and just your overall stamina. I highly recommend this boxing audible affirmation book to young and old people training for the ring.
