A stunning book which I listened to via audio - feel so positive and energised by Davina and love where she talks about the menopause too!! OMG so many shared experiences, thoughts and emotions - loved every moment. Just buy it!!! 😍😍

Laughed, learned and cried!!
I love u Davina!!! This was an excellent book. I've also struggled with addiction and an alcoholic Parent so your story was very interesting to me. I've always loved u on telly as u r so warm, funny and down to earth now I know why. What an amazing attitude u have. Love u mawah😘😘

Lessons learned the hard way
What did you like most about Lessons I've Learned?
I enjoyed learning about Davina's childhood and teenage years and the fact that she did not feel sorry for herself.
What other book might you compare Lessons I've Learned to, and why?
Can't think of another book that is comparable as this was part autobiography and part self-help.

I knew very little about Davina before this audiobook but now I like her quite a lot. The self help aspect of the book did not appeal as much as the biographical aspect, but having said that that most of the tips she gave were lessons I learned for myself in life. Always told my kids you can have loads of friends but you only have one mother and that's what I intend to be. I did enjoy listening to this audiobook and would recommend it to others.
