Crucial adulting skills

It's all about communication (but there is a fine line between oversharing and staying in your lane). It is crucial to protect your boundaries

While physical boundaries is easy to notice, other boundaries such as digital one is a little bit more harder to identify. The feeling of freedom

I've always had an awful time setting boundaries in my life. It leads to being overbooked, resentful and just always tired and worn out. My friends and family always knew that I could not say not, so I was always the go to for just about everything. People did not ask me to volunteer, it was the expectation. I never wanted to let anyone down and didn't understand why I was never happy and felt so unfulfilled. This audio book gave me my life back or at least put in the right direction. I now have the tools I need to be able to say no, not feel badly about it and be my true self. It is truly "empowering". I recommend this to anyone that is ready to take control of their life journey and live free and happy,

Becoming more empowered!

As a classic people pleaser, this is a perfect book for me. I often gave in to others, deep down always worried about how others perceived me. Finding this book gave me the steps I needed to understand what boundaries actually are, how to set and communicate them and navigate challenges from those around me who were accustomed to their version of me vs. the actual me. I appreciated the chapters on consistency and special focus areas so that the boundaries can extend beyond my relationships, but also into the digital space. Unique to this book was the 21-day challenge, which I found incredibly helpful for setting out a structured plan to incorporate all of my learnings. I highly recommend!
