Summary
Dr. Dora Adler’s life has been in disarray since the beginning of the zombie apocalypse, but when she gets bitten by one of the undead her whole world is turned upside down. Held captive in a secret underground lab, the tall, muscular hunk in the next cell is her only hope for salvation.
Unfortunately, he claims to be a werewolf. Yeah, and she’s supposedly a witch.
Dirk Gunderson is an alpha Arbor pack werewolf. Captured and collared, he’s sold to the zombie lab in hopes his blood serum can create a vaccine. He needs to escape, but not without the hot little brunette witch. In the midst of enemy werewolves and the hordes of undead, Dirk and Dora’s sexual tension ignites a blaze hotter than the desert highway. Along their journey, they battle the inevitable: A werewolf must never take a witch as a mate.

High energy, action-packed, fun to listen to!
This audiobook has everything - action, nail-biting adventure, magic, feel-good romance, mayhem and more! Eva Gordon is a weaver of tales that somehow blend myth, folklore and magic with a world we can relate to. This story is set in a world we recognise, which only adds to the allure. I really enjoyed it!
Dora is a doctor in a world gone terribly wrong. There is a virus that is turning humans into cannibalistic zombies. In the process of her work she is bitten and instantly taken into custody to be isolated. Most humans turn within two days of being bitten. A few weeks later and Dora has not changed. She remains in isolation as a lab subject to be studies for her immunity. She represents hope and the possibility that humans can survive the zombie apocalypse. In this underground lab she meets Dirk, an Alpha werewolf. He instantly recognises Dora for what she is, which is more than human and an enemy of werewolves. However, they are each other's chance for escape, survival and love.
There is something eerie about this story which is possibly what captivates the audience and entertains the listener. There is action throughout the book, making it difficult to press pause. The best part is that this is only the first book in the series. I am looking forward to more!!!

Apocalyptic Moon
I really enjoyed this book. This is the first book I have listened to from this author and narrator. The story was very entertaining. It kept me on the edge of my seat. The narrator did a great job as well. Can't wait to see what will happen next.

Fabulous
I received this book free for an honest review.
Dr Dora Adler’s life hasn’t been easy since the zombie apocalypse and working in a hospital isn’t the safest place to be. When she gets bitten but survives she is taken to a secret lab where she’s tested on along with the handsome stranger in the next cell. Dirk Gunderson tells her he’s immune to the virus too as he’s a werewolf of course she thinks he mad and there’s no such thing as werewolves then he tells her she’s a witch ,how much stranger can her life get.
I really like this book the plot was interesting and not your normal zombie book the characters were interesting and Sarah Sokol did a good Jonny narrating.
