One excellent series
This series is very good with interesting characters and interesting story lines. It gets better as you read on to the end. As you read book after book you realise how everything and everyone is so connected. I enjoyed reading it and know that others will love it also.

A magical feast with Potter vibes mixed with romance, action and funny oneliners
Pleasantly surprised. I usually put on a book to fall asleep to it but, I ended up staying awake to find out what was next. These books had good mix of romance, friendships, action and portrayals of nemisis characters. I felt a range of emotions. loved the cards concept.
I couldn't guess everything so it made it more enjoyable, but also allowed ne to guess where some of the story would go.
I got a little frustrated with the will they wont they couple as it was obvious from the intense longing they would be together but the supporting characters were so awesome it balanced out.
I often use humour in times of great stress so it was a nice chance to see that rather than end of the world doom and gloom.
I loved the funny oneliners and references that anyone around my age bracket would remember that triggered some memories and lol moments.
I sometimes wished that there could have been more variation in accents to telk the characters apart even with the names announced. i could forget whos perspective was being read, however the narration itself wasn't annoying at all. I usually turn off the whole book if the voice is wrong.
My issue now is that it has raised the bar for my listening preferences and other author's

Fantastic series, couldn’t stop listening!
Really enjoyed it, just wish I’d checked the listening order as this is not the first in the series - my bad, on to those next :)

Great story
I disliked how the narrator gave each character there own unique voice, but when thoughts were spoken etc I found I had to keep rewinding to work out who’s thoughts were being spoken as even the men’s thoughts was spoken in a female voice. So for me it ruined the story. If this was changed I would happily re listen more than once.

Can be confusing
Great story very addictive BUT narrator is too fast and doesn’t change her voice to match the character talking out loud to when the characters are thinking to themselves I’ve had to ‘rewind’ the story constantly which was frustrating!
I never understood why the author use the same narrator for every single book they write
