Very insightful

The author of this book has explained the many aspects of eating healthfully in an understandable manner. Some of the items she suggested I avoid or cut back on surprised me a bit. Anybody who is dedicated to attaining long-term wellbeing should listen to this audiobook because of the author's knowledge and her enthusiasm for motivating others.

Tips to free gas

Just an amazing book. If you are feeling bloated, constipated, or just trying to be a slimmer healthier you, this book will help you achieve that goal. The author is well-versed on digestive track issues due to sodium sensitivity, gaseous foods, food allergies and so much more. Now let's talk poop. Have you ever wondered why the shape or color is different sometimes? This book explains the whys and hows, but not just that. It also explains whether you should be concerned with the changes. I really learned a lot from this book and one thing for sure is I won't be drinking from a straw anytime soon. Get this book to find out why.

Get a flat Stomach!

I love all the tips in this audiobook for getting a flat stomach. for years I have done crunches and deprived myself of carbs...but no luck. This audiobook presents some interesting information on the role of sodium and the importance of good fats in your diet. these two things can impact the shape of your bodt- Iwa s not previously aware of this. As I get older this is becoming more of an issue and I ao grateful to have found this audiobook!

I loved this audiobook! It's packed with simple tips that actually work. I've tried many diets, but this one is different.
