Summary
Falling down the Bitcoin rabbit hole is a strange experience. Like many others, I feel like I have learned more in the last couple of years studying Bitcoin than I have during two decades of formal education. The following lessons are a distillation of what I’ve learned. First published as an article series titled What I’ve Learned from Bitcoin, what follows can be seen as a third edition of the original series.
Like Bitcoin, these lessons aren’t a static thing. I plan to work on them periodically, releasing updated versions and additional material in the future. Bitcoin is an inexhaustible teacher, which is why I do not claim that these lessons are all-encompassing or complete. They are a reflection of my personal journey down the rabbit hole.
There are many more lessons to be learned, and every person will learn something different from entering the world of Bitcoin. I hope that you will find these lessons useful and that the process of learning them by listening won’t be as arduous and painful as learning them firsthand.

A must read for EVERY new Bitcoiner
Just finished the book… and whilst new to all this and much going right over my head, I found the book profoundly enjoyable, enlightening AND educational and would encourage EVERY Bitcoiner to read it!

Amazing book
It's a great book to introduce people to Bitcoin. From all these lessons, people can go and do more research, which is highly recommend, on all of the topics discussed.

Good story as an introduction to BTC
I felt dissappointed with the book as it didn't explore bitcoin in more depth so I will now be purchasing the bitcoin standard to strengthen my grasp on this complex currency.
As a complete novice, I must say the story was captivating and easy to follow so there is that going for the book. But if you are looking for a deep dive into crypto and bitcoin, look elsewhere.

Good but tedious
This book would be a bit more bareable reading the physical copy. Hearing "By Lewis Carroll, Alice in Wonderland", as the quotes at the start of each section, literally ever minute or less got so tedious that i couldn't finish the book. Insights themselves are quite good however.
