Really beautiful
An accessible way into spiritualism. Full of beautiful, funny, and deeply spiritual anecdotes and ideas. It's also surprisingly practical in applying some of these ideas into your own life to bring your anxieties and passions into proportion. The book encourages you to value the simplest pleasures more than what's complicated and ultimately not good for you.
The one minor thing I didn't enjoy was the dude who reads the chapters. He sounds really bored and it's kind of grating against De Mello's smooth voice.

Stay in awareness stay away from suffering.

How to unlearn all you’ve been taught
It doesn’t matter that this is an older talk, the concept is as valuable now, more so, than ever. The use of humour, openness and an invitation to reflect without being preachy is what I loved.
Worth a listen and very thought provoking if you are open to what he invites you to explore.

Life changing.
