Summary
It starts with the death of a teenage runaway, killed when she leaps from a motorway bridge into the speeding traffic below. The girl's identity remains a mystery - until the discovery of the dead girl's details matches the profiles of three other girls; all recently have been reported missing.
A further shocking discovery causes the whole file to be handed over to Greater Manchester Police's Counter Terrorism Unit, with leading detective constable Iona Khan in charge.

Great story band great narrator

A good series
I found this on the audible plus catalogue and it was really good. I know now that there was a first book which makes sense and wish there was a third book in the series due to the way it was left. For a full understanding I might go back and read the first .
I really liked the narration the way she changed the characters was amazing.

Compelling listen

Good story refreshingly accurate
Often you find police procedurals to be inaccurate or far fetched but on the whole this was spot on 👍
Story was something a bit different and great that it was a free read … Will look out for more by the author

Fast paced but full of holes
The prologue was really engaging but the novel overall is a real let down. Iona is likeable enough and the crime engaging and had the potential to hold tension. That said there are more deaths than is necessary, characters dispatched continuously by an automaton.
Not worth the listening time. First one in a while from the free access library. I’d scroll on
