Summary
Four girls close their eyes. Only one wakes up.
Leah and her three best friends get changed into their pyjamas, eat pizza, and argue about what film to watch. They laugh together, until the early hours. But the next morning, Leah blinks open her eyes and sees three empty sleeping bags. The other girls are gone.
Twenty years later. In her small hometown, still-haunted Leah has never been able to shake off the rumours and whispers. How could she have slept through it all? She must know what happened.

Ok Book
Not the best of Kerry Wilkinson, I’m very sad to say. I love the Jessica Daniel series, so was expecting big things, but I won’t be reading the sequel. Was an ok listen though.

Enjoyable - twists and turns
Bought this on a whim when suggested - I wasn’t familiar with the author but was pleasantly surprised. The plot holds up, and I didn’t guess the ending. Well written, and the performance is great.

It was ok. Just ok.
The story was ok, took a while to get to the point at times, the ending was predictable. There were some off pauses in the narration, I kept thinking I was having a call come through as the pause was that long.

Very good listen, wasn't expecting the ending
Very good story and characters. I was definitely not expecting the plot twists of this book. It's so good. I feel like the auhtor didnt give anything away and that made for a great ending. Great narration. I would say more but don't want to spoil anything. Highly recommend! And also, definitely recommend the second book as well.
