Summary
Tasi’s world has been turned upside down. She and her newfound family flee New York City and head to a secret location. One that should keep her and Emily safe from the Deity—the evil group hunting them. A promise has also been made to go on the offensive. Tasi is ready to attack. The only problem, her mother—a newly turned vampire—is standing in her way.

A beautiful narrated, exciting and heartbreaking story.
Tasi’s story continues as she faces devastating choices. A story full of excitement, humour and heartbreak. Fantastically written with a tight story and fantastic character development.
Melissa White is a phenomenal narrator. She brings a multitude of emotions and complexities to the characters. A fully committed read that is as heart pounding as it is enjoyable. She brings the world to full realisation with her sweeping descriptions hitting every note perfectly as she thunders us through the action before bringing us crashing down with pathos.
So excited for the next instalment!
