By: John Robertson
  • Summary

  • Welcome to How To: Manage Your Mind

Hi, I’m John, and we have something in common: a mind…

Six years ago I unexpectedly hit a major mental brick wall. I had no idea what it was or how to deal with it. Ever since I’ve been on a journey to learn all about the mind and how to manage it.

Through therapy, talking circles, deep (deep) conversation, mindfulness meditation, spirituality, personal research and much more besides, I’m fascinated with how people maintain their mental wellbeing.

Join me as I explore what it is we can do in the minutes, hours, days, months and years that make up our extraordinary lives to stay motivated, engaged and at peace with the world we live in.

John is a father, husband, practicing student of both mindfulness meditation and hypnotherapy, co-founder of the mental wellbeing collective The Men Who:, ambassador for the Joshua Nolan Foundation and constant source of curiosity.
