soothing sleep aid

Jamie Dornan's soft lilting voice lulls you to sleep. works every time. the accompanying background sounds are an added bonus. great way to relax and zone out.

Cacophony- an attack on your ears

The narration is lovely however the encompassing sound could not be further from the calm sounds of a Scandinavian forest - it sounds more like an amalgamation of 90 tracks of sound atop of each other trying to recreate the symphony of a rain forest but failing which results in an artificial noise which would da like every alarm noise the Nordic animal kingdom might have to offer. If the sound was striped back to a tenth of the intensity then this track would be perfect.
