Summary

In more than two decades in the limelight, Louise Redknapp has weathered her fair share of ups and downs, but through it all she's remained unapologetically true to herself.

From dancing in her bedroom as a young girl with big dreams to getting a scholarship to Italia Conti and experiencing her first taste of musical success with Eternal, to navigating fertility struggles, motherhood and rediscovering her passion for performing, in You've Got This Louise offers a refreshingly honest perspective on the experiences that have shaped her.

Warm, funny and wise - like a chat with a close friend - this empowering and uplifting guide weaves together Louise's personal stories and poignant observations on life to gently reassure and encourage, while providing tips and advice on how to get the most out of life by embracing positivity.

Brimming with insight on falling back in love with yourself, managing expectations, overcoming critics, dealing with social media and trusting your instincts as a parent, this is Louise's powerful love letter to anyone who has ever wondered if they're getting it right: you've got this.

Storey teller

I really enjoyed this book, but wished Louise had got someone professional to read it, as was all in same tone, with no expression, or excitement to her voice, almost like a child reading in a school play, so found it very hard to listen to.

loved it

I originally listened to this because I was a big Eternal fan back in the day (still.love the music). but this book was so much more than an interesting fact find about Louise. she pours her heart out and is so honest . as a mental health sufferer I was encouraged to her express feelings and thoughts that I too have . there are some funny parts too especially the dating advice from her son . and what makes her book perfect is she reads it herself .

Truly heart warming

After listening to this book, Louise you sound like me. In more ways then one. You are a strong person but when listening to it you are still nearly apologizing in some way within some sections. I loved the book, you're doing great and I hope you get to read my review so you know that!

Thank you x

Interesting

I enjoyed this book, but agree with an earlier review that she should have had a professional reader narrate it. Louise is lovely and comes across really well, but it was all in one tone, which is a shame as her story is good. I’m glad that she has survived her divorce and come out the other side.

Heartfelt book , read by Louise herself

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this audiobook. Aside from her fabulous singing and dancing and being one of our best female performers, Louise is a brilliant Mum and a caring daughter.. She sounds like a lovely girl . She gives some great all round advice for single Mums , body shaming , being true to yourself , she talks about growing up with her Mum and being close to her grandparents.
It is time for you again now Louise , you had the world at your feet 20 years and now you can do it again. Onwards and upwards Louise.
