Great advice!

I really enjoyed this audio book. What you eat really does impact on your overall health and I've been researching this topic over the past few weeks. This book has really helped me make better choices and I really loved the success stories outlined in this book.

Finally a proper plant based content!

As me and my wife just changed our lifestyle to vegan we wanted proper plant-based eating and dieting content that can help us during our life-changing period. This book compares to others finally explains the inside and outside of this lifestyle so much easier. YES in two weeks we already feel the difference in our healthy energy and lost 5 kilos already. We do not feel tired all the time even after work we can do more stuff together and especially focus on our eating habits and our health also! This life-changing book is definitely recommended!

Good information, Very informative.

This book thoroughly explores the benefits and potential pitfalls when adopting a whole food plant-based diet. Whether you are just dabbling with including more plant-based foods into your diet or facing health problems that necessitate a big change of lifestyle, you will find useful information in his book.
I have been eating mainly whole food plant-based for several years now and still found I learned many things. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting more information about the health benefits, food substitutions, and possible challenges of a whole foods plant-based diet, or even just where to find support for the changes you want to make in your lifestyle. It is well narrated, easy to listen to, complete with success stories and individual case studies.

Certainly has changed my mind

I got this book to find out what goes on in the heads of non meat eaters. I was expecting to scoff but I thought I might learn at least a few things so I was willing to go in with an open mind. I'm actually astounded by the information in this book. This is the most convinced I've been about leaving the meat behind and going purely plant based. It's not just about what you eat but how it is digested. If you're a fan of plant based or a sceptical carnivore, I thoroughly recommend this book either way it's an eye-opener!

Inspired me to improve my diet

What an inspiring book, with loads of success stories of people who have overcome severe disease by switching to this way of eating.
Well-researched helpful information presented in an easy to read way.I am already eating a mostly plant-based diet but this has made me even more enthusiastic.
As an aging baby boomer I really feel the results of over-indulging in unhealthy foods particulalry in stiffness and joint pain and I am determined that this year is the year I reclaim vibrant health. This book will help me do that!

Brilliant formula!!

It has many valuable solutions for having a healthy food intake and still losing weight,

For example, how to eat protein without eating chicken and how to manage your food intake while you are traveling.

It's also good for vegetarians and those who want to avoid meat and chicken for some reason.

The most important thing you can do right now is to listen to the entire audiobook. Here's why: it takes a minimum of three hours to digest the information and make changes that will last a lifetime. Feel the Benefits Quickly

I have wanted to go Plant-based for a while now to help me feel better and for my digestion. Having heard so much about it and wanting to do it but not knowing where to start! This book has given me everything I need to know and what to do. With loads of info and practical tips. I’m making a difference and my body is responding and I have reduced my problems considerably.
