The only manual you need

This book simply explains the whole process of menopause in a way that is easy to understand and helpful. Each book helps the other give a full picture of what it is to go through menopause. It is long , but in depth in a good way. I loved how to even talks about community and resources to help you. You cant get through this alone sometimes and its goood to be reminded of this. Testimonials help give it a well rounded approach. Plus the topics of lifestyle and mood were impactful. Very helpful book!!
