I loved this book from the first page to the last. Sara took us on a journey that spanned the decades.
There was nothing to dislike about the book, kept me listening as I was so engrossed.

I wish there was more!
I actually loved this, it was perfect. I fell in love with every character, laughed and cried. I just wish there was more! I definitely want more Penny and Doris.

Surprisingly awesome!
Wow, I really, really enjoyed that. Excellent in every way. Funny, motivating, sad, dramatic and yet believable. Never knew she had it in her!

TOTALLY BRILLIANT
Sara Cox, you’re a marvel. Loved every minute. Listening to Till The Cows Come Home and then Way Back, my radio 2 drive home for the past few weeks, has not been your show but your books. Living in Scotland, you have taken me back to my Manchester routes which has been lovely.

the flow of the story
absolutely loved it. From start to finish it was all about Josie. So lovely to listen to a feel good story about getting a second chance and going for it.

A great listen, loved the narration
Loved the story, really entertaining with humour and sometimes moving. Enough intrigue and twists that kept me interested and full of likeable characters.

Great book to listen to on holiday.
