Summary
From Wall Street Journal and USA Today best-selling author M. Robinson comes a rock-star contemporary romance filled with angst and all the feels.
Once upon a time...there was a little girl who believed in fairy tales and happily ever afters.
Hoping. Praying. Waiting...for her prince to come. Together they’d conquer the world. Slaying dragons, demons, and villains.
Until her Prince Charming let his demons prevail.
She cried and begged and prayed. She hated him. She loved him. She couldn’t save him.
“I’m sorry.”
“I love you.”
Those were five words she despised more than anything.
Her fairy tale had become her worst nightmare. She didn’t know how much more she could take. She didn’t know love could turn into hate. There were so many things she didn’t know. Especially how to tell him “No”.

Excellent
Loved the story how not Cash and Ju both faced their demons and still managed to find love.

Totally gripping. Fabulous conclusion.
Completely emmersive, I could not put it down, my heart cried out for Cash and his friend amd family who loves him. They Went through so much pain, most of which could be avoided if they really talked about how they truly felt, instead of acting based on what they assumed to be in each others best interests. This story is a good example of how relationships can be distroyed when because of none or miscommunication. This is why Cash didn't feel his father's love and support and it sent him spiralling to his addiction. I utterly love Journey's character, she brought so much light and joy to the story. The whole story is absolutely amazing with a fantastic conclusion. I hate cliffhangers but this duet was worth it and norriators did a awesome job.

Amazing story
What a heartfelt story. 1st and 2nd book I couldnt stop listening. I have laughed and cried. It's good to know there is light at the end of the rainbow. Brilliant narration too. I love listening to those guys.

What a wild ride of emotions
I have enjoyed part 2 as much as I enjoyed part one. The torrent of emotions has left me exhausted. Cash and Journeys. story is epic. Be prepared when you venture in for times you are hating and then loving Cash. Amazing xx

book 2
really enjoyed the way this book was narrated and wish all books were done the same way, it was narrated well too. this was a good duet. it deals with addiction and how it effects the sufferer and those close to them and how forgiveness is hard but necessary in order to heal.

Great book
This book was soooo much better than book 1, even if, sometimes there were a lot of repetition from book 1. This was more emotional, steamier and overall faster paced. I cried, got hot and bothered, and laughed. Great book. The only way the performances could’ve been better is if there was more Troy Duran.

Cliché
There isn’t a lot of substance in this book. There were chapters filled with sex. Now, I like hot and steamy but this was just another virgin/rock star snooze. The story was slow with the rock star having daddy issues and running away to get high every time he encountered anything with adult responsibility.
There were one surprising revelation closer to the end of the book. But one has to suffer through endless mindless arguing, addiction and repetitive reflections to get there and then it felt like it was merely added to the story to give the rockstar an excuse for his behaviour. It lacked depth and I felt unconvinced and bored by the revelation.
A lot of the first book repeats in the second, so I would skip the first and just read the second.
The narrators were great, but unfortunately the male narrator couldn’t sing and it made it a bit cringey to listen to a rock star that cannot hold a tune.
