The stuff we’ve never been told

Used information to write to a DCA - it worked
I used the information within the book to write to a DCA using one of the downloadable templates. The DCA responded in writing within 5 days saying that my account had been closed and they would not be writing to be again!

Easy to Understand and SO Useful
