Summary

Not the ending I expected
All the way through I expected this to end completely differently so in a way I was oddly disappointed but I guess that’s the sign of a good narration if it was not what I expected.

Great story,
Lots of twists and red herrings, I actually didn't guess the ending which is unusual and enjoyable.
I find this author hit and miss, I either love their work or hate.
This one fell into the 'love' category.

Brilliant twist!
Kept me gripped from the start. Couldn't put it down as needed to know. Knew she must be innocent, yet.... that doubt or could she clear her name?

Easy listen
I was a bit disappointed with this one, which is a shame as I've enjoyed others by the same author. It was well narrated and overall an okay story but I found the beginning dragged on & the ending was farcical. The middle moved at a good pace & kept me intrigued for a while though!

Gripping
I was looking for a good psychological crime thriller and this fitted the bill perfectly. The narrator was an ideal choice for this book which made it even more engaging.
