I love these books
Great Narrator for all ages male and female, unbeleible talent!
These characters are so known to the reader/listener that they become favourites.
The New Character to the library also is very likable despite the fact she's a phay and very younge however she tuurnns out to be far more honest then expect.
I can't wait wait until my next book.

Thank goodness they changed the narrator!
Genevieve Cogman’s books are always 4 or 5 stars in my opinion. But until now, I stayed away from the audiobooks because the narration was dreadful.
I was so happy to discover that there was a new narrator! Kristin Atherton does a brilliant job of bringing the characters to life.
I can’t wait for the next!

Gripping and narrated to perfection
I am addicted to these stories ( even better than Jodi Taylor’s) dark and scary and full of twists you don’t anticipate. Is Irene gonna have Kai’s kids??? When are you going to award Kristen Atherton??? Also this is a tv series on a plate, let alone a major film.
Well done.

Pure brilliance
I am listening to the whole series again. Kristen Atherton is able to voice so many different characters. What a talent she is. And what a story teller Genevieve Cogman is. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Well. They both deserve.
The stories of alternate worlds and different factions has so many avenues to explore along with the continuing thread of the main characters. It really is a series worth reading or listening to.

Great Story
Great storytelling, I liked the characters and the world created, it allows for an interesting alternative perspective on cities we know in our world ...but with magic. Light-hearted and fun.

Another triumph in this series of books. the characters have grown, the secrets and twists are all we need to hook us to the next book.

Excellent writer and narrator combo!!
I LOVE these enthralling books by Genevieve Cogman. Full of adventure, twists and escapades. I am devouring each book in the series. The choice of Kristin Atherton as narrator is perfect. She is extremely talented and brings all the characters to life.
