Brilliant, everybody needs to read this book.

If there is one book for the health and wellbeing of the body, it is this book. I will be recommending it to everyone. Regardless of your dietary choices or food views, this book helps each and every individual figure out what it is that they personally need to be consuming for the health of their body. I found out that I possibly could have celiac disease and will be consulting my doctor.
