Summary
When my magic manifested at puberty, my parents sold me to the Illuminati. The Order of the Illuminati trained me as an assassin, spy, and thief. But when they sent me to steal a magical artifact that reveals Truth in all things, I discovered that I was working for the Dark and not the Light. The Illuminati trained me well, and paid the ultimate price for their deception.
Thousands of miles away, I landed a job in a quirky little bar. But the scattered remnants of the Order still strive for world domination, and no one leaves the Illuminati alive.

Good entertainment
Liked the storyline it simply but written well enough not to irritate story line went well. I like that it’s not about sex which irritates me no end. Even the narrator was decent

Fantastic Urban Fantasy
Loved it. Brilliant feisty strong female lead character, plenty of action, adventure, friendship, a little potential romance and an excellent overall storyline. The whole story was brought to life with the narration as was each individual character which made this audiobook a one sitting listen, I could not press stop and had to finish in one day. I really liked the concept of this story and look forward to listening to or reading the rest of the Rosie O'Grady's Paranormal Bar and Grill series.

New twist to an established subject
Well written story that does a great job in mixing the normal to super-national without having to go into the 'adult' subject line in every chapter as found in other super-national stories.

Fun concept
The story and characters kept me engaged, good for a book from the plus catalogue wouldn’t have paid a credit, the narration lets it down a bit I sped it up by 0.5 and that helped a little.

Great Story, fantastic plot.
This story just flows like a summer stream. Erin is one of the best female characters I have ever come accross. She is tough, resourceful and poors a mean pint. Give yourself a treat, spend a few hours in Rosie's Bar and Grill.

Monotone
I think the story might be good but the monotone reading just kept putting me to sleep.

Typical B literature
One one hand the heroine stresses that she has no special abilities or powers. On the other hand she beats everyone so easily. On one hand she is young but on the other hand she has the experience of one far older and experienced. Glaring differences and inconsistency but still an ok book to pass the
