Nice Introduction to the History of the Region
I didn’t know anything about the region’s history and this gave me a good overview.

Great overview / introduction
Coming to Scandinavian history with very little prior knowledge, this audiobook was an excellent introduction to it for me. It gave a well-written overview of the countries’ varied and interesting history, with enough detail to whet my appetite to explore further. Matthew Lloyd Davies does a super job of reading this - lovely tone and pace.
